With over a decade of experience in organizing sports leagues, it became evident that the scarcity of referees was just one facet of a widespread global issue impacting various sports. Outdated referee management methods create significant financial losses for sports organizations due to administrative inefficiencies and missed revenue opportunities.

Herd of Zebras was established as a comprehensive solution to enhance the management of sports referees. Currently catering to 10 different sports, we collaborate with league owners and managers to recruit, supervise, and compensate referees for their leagues and tournaments.

Our services entail conducting background checks, validating certifications, ensuring punctual referee arrivals at designated fields, promptly reporting scores and significant penalties to the league, facilitating referee payments via mobile devices, and providing detailed income statements for tax purposes to both leagues and referees.

Herd of Zebras serves as a modern platform for referee management, equivalent to an "Uber for referees," poised to introduce our innovative sports technology solution on a global scale.
